Service Technician

Position Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for independently performing diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer agricultural, small construction and turf equipment.

• Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.

• Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of machine information, diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on-time submittal of information.

• Required to participate in service training programs needed to develop skills and knowledge.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:  

• Proper tools to perform job duties.

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

• Computer skills are preferred.

• Strong customer service-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational skills

• Able to work with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work as a team member.

Education/Experience: 

• Hay equipment experience is required, as well as strong mechanical skills and good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
