Title: Service Specialist
Location: Pittsburg Tractor – Pittsburg, TX
Reports to: Service Manager
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing our service department’s daily work.
- Scheduling work with our technicians at the direction of our service manager.
- Accomplishing service order deadlines while managing our tech service repairs.
- Responsible for billing and payments with each customer's repair work.
- Responsible for open ticket reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for the service department.
- Assist in maintaining the dealership's lot (trash, equipment, organization, etc.)
- Operate a forklift to load and unload equipment as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use basic Microsoft applications and the company’s database functions.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic forklift operation experience
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to motivate and oversee a service team.
Education/Experience:
- Strong mechanical skills; Good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.

Title: Service Technician
Location: Pittsburg Tractor – Pittsburg, TX
Reports to: Service Manager
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for independently performing diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer agricultural, small construction and turf equipment.
Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of machine information, diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on-time submittal of information.
Required to participate in service training programs needed to develop skills and knowledge.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Proper tools to perform job duties.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Computer skills are preferred.
Strong customer service-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work as a team member.
Education/Experience:
